For most of my life, I believed I was living by design.
I was ambitious. Disciplined. Driven. I set goals, created plans, and worked relentlessly until I achieved them.
"And, by every external measure I succeeded!"
I became a lawyer. Built a successful practice. Started four other businesses. Made millions. Bought the million-dollar home and the cars. Had an amazing wife, two beautiful kids, and what looked from the outside like an incredible life.
I checked every box I had been taught to check.
And yet, I found myself deeply unfulfilled. Why?

In 2008, I began looking for the answer.
I realized I had spent my life making conscious decisions without ever questioning what had shaped those decisions in the first place.
From the time we're young, all of us are influenced by the world around us. We're taught what success looks like. What we're supposed to value. What kind of career we should pursue. What relationships should look like. What we should own. What we should achieve. Even what should make us happy.
I had absorbed a blueprint for what a successful life was supposed to look like and became very good at building it.
I thought I was living by design. I was living by default.
And eventually, I paid for it.
My health deteriorated to the point that I ended up with high blood pressure and hospitalized multiple times. Even though I was surrounded by a family that loved me, often I felt alone. After earning millions and building successful businesses, I eventually filed for bankruptcy and had to start all over.
I had done everything I thought I was supposed to do, and somehow ended up here.
So, I decided to find a better way.
I realized that, for most of my life, whenever I wanted to achieve something, I always looked outward.
I focused on the result I wanted, figured out what I needed to do to achieve it, and went to work.
But I had never stopped to ask whether the result I was pursuing actually aligned with who I was at my core.
And, most of all I always put everything and everyone first. So I decided to reverse it.
Instead of starting with what I wanted to achieve, I started looking within.
I began questioning what I had accepted without realizing it. What was truly mine and what wasn't. What mattered to me. What I wanted my life to look like when it was no longer being measured against someone else's definition of success.
That's when I began developing what I now call D-Formula.
A simple process to awaken to the beliefs and blueprints that shape us, to look within to discover who we are at our core and what truly aligns, and only then determine the steps needed to build a life by our own design.
Today, my life looks very different.
In my 50's, I'm almost as fit as I was during my soccer-playing days. I have an amazing relationship with my self, my kids and a loved ones. I've built businesses around the life I want to live instead of building my life around my businesses.
I make more while working less. I have the freedom to decide what I do, when I do it, and how I do it. And, most importantly, the different areas of my life align with who I am and what matters most to me.
My life isn't perfect, but it's definitely by my design!
I share this not to impress you, but to impress upon you what's possible. Every answer I needed, I had to find for myself. And somewhere along that journey, I made myself a promise:
"If I ever figured out a better way, I would become the mentor I wish I'd had."
This is me fulfilling that promise.
I want you to know the life you sense within is already yours. But reaching it requires something different from what you've probably been told. You don't need to work harder or hustle more. You just need clarity, and a proven process that starts within.
D-Formula will help you awaken, align, and ascend so you too can have a life by design.
